When you book a holiday with Travel Vogue it becomes necessary for us to pass on information required to the relevant suppliers of each of the elements of your holiday such as airlines, hoteliers and Destination Management Companies overseas. It may also become necessary to provide some of the personal detail to security or credit checking companies, public authorities such as customs/immigrations if required by them, or as required by law.

We should also advise you that outside the European Economic Area (EEA), controls on data protection may not be as strong as the legal requirements in this country. However, we will not pass on any information to any person not responsible for part of your travel arrangements. This applies to any personal details whatsoever that we ask you to provide in the course of making your travel arrangements - in making this booking, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons.

All information will be kept as confidential and secure as possible through the use of Travel Vogue Ltd's secure server software. This means that the information can only be exchanged between persons employed by Travel Vogue Ltd with access to the system and third parties as defined previously.

Travel Vogue Ltd may use computer technology known as Cookies to determine which pages of information receive the most attention from visitors to its internet site. The information is gathered utilising small pieces of information stored within the computer used to access the site. Governing Law &General Provisions

The Site and these terms and conditions will be governed by English and Welsh Law. The English and Welsh courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputed arising in relation thereto. If any part of these terms and conditions is found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of these terms and conditions, which shall remain valid and enforceable.
