Getting Married in Sri Lanka
Before a couple can marry in Sri Lanka there are some formalities that need to be completed. These are fairly straightforward and relatively painless. Using the knowledge and experience we have gained arranging couples' happy days over a number of years, we will be delighted to help you at every stage to ensure a smooth and uneventful special wedding day in Sri Lanka. Once you have made a confirmed holiday booking and decided on the date you want the ceremony to take place and the hotel where you would like to marry, we will forward the necessary forms for you to complete. These will confirm the documents required by both parties.
Please remember - in order to marry in Sri Lanka you will need to be resident for at least four working days before the ceremony can take place. This excludes weekends and Public Holidays. See Public Holidays in Sri Lanka
