Before you proceed with your on-line reservation we want to ensure you understand the commitment you are making and to fully understand the procedure and what happens next
The booking process is explained as you continue through each simple step.
Step One - Create your holiday
Select your chosen holiday type, UK departure airport, destination, date of departure and the number of nights required
Step Two - Select Hotel
The results displayed on this page reflect the choices made when creating your holiday. Our system will return accommodation results having firstly made sure, directly with the airlines, that seat space is currently available.The prices shown are per person.
Step Three - Selected Hotel
This page give an in depth description of your chosen hotel with a slide show of additional images. Click 'Select Flights & Rooms' to proceed
Step Three - Select flights and Room Types
Once you have chosen your hotel you will then be asked to select a flight and also to select a specific room type at your chosen hotel, in addition at this point you can upgrade your board basis and include any extras available at the hotel. At this stage the total holiday cost is displayed next to each room type available.
Step Four - Holiday Summary and Personal Information
You are now presented with a summary of your holiday. If you proceed from this stage you should have decided now if this is the holiday for you. You will now be required to enter all the passengers details and address information. You will be required to confirm that you have read, understood and accepted our Booking Conditions. Finally, you will be asked to provide payment either by debit, credit or charge card. It should be noted that all credit and charge cards carry a surcharge of 2%. There is no surcharge for using a debit card.
Step Five - Payment
You will now be required to enter your payment details via our secure server. Finally, you will be asked to 'complete your order'.
You have now made your online booking - an electronic receipt is sent immediately to the email address provided by you when entering your personal information. A Booking Confirmation will then be sent by email and by post within two working days.
By requesting flights and or accommodation on-line you are entering into a binding contract which is completed by Travel Vogue Ltd (Trading as Island Escape Holidays) when a Booking Confirmation is issued.
You should be aware that personal travel insurance is not included in the cost of the holiday.
Passports are required to have minimum of six months validity at the date of return.
You should check with your medical practitioner for the latest health advice.
If you enter any information incorrectly you must contact us as soon as possible as an administration fee may be applied once a confirmation is issued, in any event it may not be possible to amend flight details including passenger names, dates and times of travel.
