The origins of the word Spa are derived from the Latin Sanitas Par Aqua which literally translated means `Health by Water'. The word Spa has now been widely accepted as a term for a Centre or sanctuary for indulging in alternative stress relief through various ancient methods - whilst primarily a female domain slowly `new man' is making an entrance and enjoying his new found experience.

Marma Body, Mind & Spirit An exotic and therapeutic Ayurvedic inspired massage using aromatic herbal oils that stimulate the Mamas, the body's vital pressure points. This full body massage begins with the balancing of the head's Marmas, the bodies Marmas are then massaged with the therapist's feet and then by hand with long sweeping strokes.
