Dining - The Tamarind Terrace

The Tamarind Terrace is the main restaurant open daily for a delicious buffet selection at breakfast, lunch and dinner. A selection of international cuisine as well as Mauritian delicacies are freshly prepared each day by the team of dedicated gourmet chefs charged with the delightful duty of tempting the pallet - an interesting choice of fine wines from different parts of the world are available to compliment your chosen dish. Dress is smart casual during the evening.

Dining - Spices

Spices, an interesting and popular gourmet restaurant, offers a la carte dining in the evening that features a unique Cuisine consisting of International dishes prepared with traditional spices of the Indian Ocean. An extensive wine list is offered to compliment the delicious food. The restaurant is open each evening from 19:00 to 22:00 and a reservation for your favourite table can be made from the comfort of your room – dress is smart casual.

Dining - PinkPepperCorn

Set under two 'Coqueluche' trees the beach restaurant PinkPepperCorn will delight you with its unique setting for either lunch or dinner.
