From the moment you step on Ranweli's private non-motorised ferry and float across the water you will lose yourself in this oasis of calm. Relax by the pool on a lounger or in the shade of the gardens, or on the beautiful beach. The more active might venture in a canoe to explore the surrounding wetlands and its natural eco-system, at the end of the day revitalise yourself in the Ayverdic Centre with an especially designed personalised treatment.

All Inclusive at Ranweli

Offering excellent value the All-Inclusive package at the Ranweli Holiday Village features Sri Lankan and International dishes. Your All-Inclusive Package will include Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner taken in the main restaurant and Afternoon Snacks and Midnight Snacks in the Paviliion Bar. The All Inclusive Package also includes local beer, liquor, soft drinks, a selection of cocktails and juices served in the main restaurant (during meals) and in either the Pavillion or Lobby Bars from 10am until Midnight.

Birds & Butterflies...

Situated on a coastal wetland estuary, Ranweli is home to around 130 bird species. The Hotel can offer early morning tours through the mangrove accompanied by an expert ornithologist guide. Or perhaps you'll see just some of the 50 species of butterfly that are found at Ranweli. The hotel naturalist will accompany you on the butterfly tour.

Weddings at Ranweli Holiday Village

Ranweli offers a traditional Buddhist wedding ceremony which includes the following: Registration, local fees, document translation, a decorated location, decorated ferry/raft, dancers, drummers & singers, Brides bouquet, Grooms buttonhole, fresh flowers, wedding cake and a romantic dinner.

Ayurvedic Centre

Ranweli offers traditional Ayurvedic health treatments using medical herbs overseen by a qualified Ayurvedic Doctor. In addition, the centre also offers classes in Yoga and Meditation.
