The One & Only Le Saint Géran offers a variety of personal training regimens to enhance cardiovascular, strength and flexibility, including:
Aqua Training and Manual Stretch
Personal training in the lap pool, this half hour session uses floats and water-resistance for a perfect non-impact workout followed by a half hour devoted to flexibility. Often overlooked, the session incorporates manual stretching techniques to develop flexibility and muscle tone.
Boxing Session and Manual Stretch
Great for developing cardiovascular fitness and muscle endurance, a trainer provides an overview of the various punches and kicks - uppercut, jab, sidekick - and soon guides guest on a series of combinations that increase in difficulty. Abdominal exercises and manual stretch conclude the session.
Circuit Training
Involving bodyweight exercises, high repetitions and relatively short recoveries, the programme includes sit-ups, press-ups, squats, crunches, boxing and more.
One to One
Personal training, manual stretching, health and fitness analysis, golf/tennis training, swimming/aqua training.
Fitness Packages
Kick-start package: health and fitness analysis, 2 personal training sessions, aqua training and a manual stretch or the 7 Days fitness package: health and fitness analysis, 2 personal training sessions, aqua training and a manual stretch, boxing session and a manual stretch, and circuit training.
Tai Chi
Personal sessions, couple sessions and 2 weekly classes.
