Located approximately twenty minutes from Male by luxury speedboat, Paradise Island Resort is situated on Lankanfinolhu Island and lies in the North Male Atoll. The island is one kilometre long and just two hundred and thirty metres at its widest. This sun blessed resort has everything you could possible wish for, from a stunning white sand beach just waiting to be explored to beautiful warm calm waters in which to swim and play or snorkel and dive. The accommodation is in delightful deluxe beach bungalows built along the waters edge or in delightful water bungalows standing on stilts over the clear waters of the Indian Ocean accessed by wooden boardwalks.

Dining Options at Paradise Island

The Paradise Restaurant The main restaurant providing sumptuous tempting international style dishes at Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner - the restaurant reflects the resort’s relaxed atmosphere with casual buffet style dining. Sunrise Restaurant An exclusive seafood restaurant in a stunning location built over the islands lagoon. The restaurant serves a variety of fruits de mare specialties and exotic dishes - the friendly bar is open around the clock with the restaurant open from 08:00 to midnight. Dhaavan Restaurant & Coffee Shop The Paradise islands a la carte fine dining restaurant serving interesting dishes from India and the West. Light snacks are available around the clock and special dinners can be organised around the pool deck. Fukuya Japanese Restaurant As an alternative why not sample the delights from the Far East at the interesting Fukuya Japanese restaurant, open at lunchtimes between 11:00 and 14:00 and in the evening between 17:30 and 22:30 the restaurant serves an array of traditional Japanese dishes in a wonderfully authentic oriental atmosphere. Paradise Bar Open round the clock the main bar serves a wide selection of local and internationally branded alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. The ideal venue to meet friends and enjoy a favourite drink, the bar has an interesting entertainment programme throughout the week with live music, karaoke and discotheque - there is even the islands famous crab race night. Beach Bar Open daily from 09:00 through until sunset, the beach bar is a great place to enjoy a snack or take on a refreshing drink. Ristorante al Tramonto An exclusive Italian Restaurant serving a wide range of authentic Italian cuisine - the restaurant is open from 11:00 through until 23:00 whilst the bar is open around the clock.

The Delphis Dive Centre on Paradise Island

Many visitors to The Maldives islands do so to take advantage of the opportunity to dive and visit another world lying just beneath the surface of the ocean. The waters are warm and crystal clear and diving is safe, especially when you are in the hands of the professionals. The Delphis Dive Centre at Paradise Island is able to offer beginners courses and introductory course for novices as well as advanced courses up to Rescue Diver and Divemaster. The centre is fully equipped and able to provide all necessary equipment – there are packages available and we would be pleased to make arrangements on your behalf if you wish to book a series of dives as a package during your stay or embark on a particular course – simply telephone a member of our team who will be delighted to assist. All Inclusive at Paradise Island Resort

Please note passengers wishing to stay at Paradise Island Resort on an All Inclusiv Basis must be resident for a minimum of seven nights – guests wishing to stay for less than seven nights on an All Inclusive Basis must pay the minimum of seven nights. THE MAIN BAR 10:00 – 01:00 each day Beverages including, bottled water, tea and regular coffee, canned soft drinks, local house wine, beer and spirits. THE BEACH BAR 10:00 – 17:00 daily bottled water, canned soft drinks, local beer and spirits. COFFEE SHOP 16:00 – 18:00 each day, bottled water, afternoon tea and snacks. MAIN RESTAURANT at meal times, bottled water, tea and regular coffee, canned fruit juice, local house wine, beer and spirits. Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. Premium Brand Drinks and Fresh juice available at extra charge. All Inclusive does not include the mini bar in the room. All drinks served by the glass and no alcohol served to any guest under the age of 18 – all guests sharing a room must be on the same meal basis. Entertainment: Badminton, Table Tennis, Squash, Gymnasium, Snooker, Billiards, Daylight Tennis, Basket Ball, Steam, Sauna & Jacuzzi, Satellite Television. You should be aware that a wrist band system is in operation in resort. Wrist Bracelets will be issued to guests on an All Inclusive basis at check-in and these should worn throughout the duration of stay as a recognition of entitlement - wrist Bands should be returned at check-out. Replacement of lost bands will be charged at 20 US Dollars. The All Inclusive package is available to guest until check-out or 12:00 noon on the day of departure or whichever is the earlier – no compensation will be granted for loss of facilities due to inclement weather or additional costs incurred as a result of rescheduled transport. The on-line system will not account for the minimum stay requirement for clients wishing to stay on the All Inclusive basis, client accounts will be adjusted manually as required.
