Spoon des Iles

Spoon des Iles is the jewel in Le Saint Geran's gastronomic crown and world renowed chef Alain Ducasse's first venture outside of Paris for his Spoon & Food restaurant. The restaurant explores the world of food with a tempting array of multi ethnic cuisines matched by the finest selected wines, chosen by Monsieur Ducasse's sommelier Gerard Margeon. La Terrasse

Le Saint Geran's Premier poolside restaurant serving international cuisine with special theme nights providing food, music and entertainment. A sumptous buffet for breakfast with fresh, light specialities served for lunch is followed by dinner with a fine selection of wines normally ending with the Rising Sun band picking up the pace with dancing in to the night.

Paul & Virginie Restaurant
