Half Day - Saturday - Coach Excursion

At Pointe Jerome in the Southeast a small ferry brings you to the small island 'Ile Aux Aigrettes', a nature reserve under the management of the Mauritius Wildlife Foundation. Here we discover the island's original coastal forest where once the dodo and many other species unique to Mauritius were roaming hundreds of years ago. Still to be seen in this area are giant tortoises and pink pigeons. Viewpoints provide breathtaking views over the bay and the mountain ranges. Your guided walk will take approximately ninety minutes.
A few minutes away we find the Marine National Park of Blue Bay. Board a glass bottom boat and discover the beautiful underwater life with its myriad of fish and well preserved corals. With luck you may see a graceful turtle pass under your boat.
£63.00 per person. Includes entrance fee & water park
