Lost Property
There are Lost Property offices in the arrivals halls of Terminals 1 (which also deals with lost property in Terminal 3) and 2 for any items of property lost or found in any part of the airport buildings.
This service does not handle queries for items left on aircraft. For queries about items lost or left on aircraft you should contact the airlines handling agent.

Opening times - Monday to Sunday - 8am to 8 pm
Do not leave any baggage unattended at any time when you are at the airport, as it will be removed for security reasons and may be destroyed.
Left Luggage
To securely store items of baggage for collection later, there is a handy Left Luggage facility in Terminals 1 and 2. Terminal 3 is a short walk to Terminal 1 through the internal walkway.
All items will be screened for security and will be accepted at the airport's discretion, provided that:
- The item(s) are an acceptable size and weight
- There is sufficient storage apce available
- The luggage meets public safety and hygiene standards

£5 per item for every 24 hours
