Frangipani Island

Linked to the mainland by a spectacular wooden bridge, 92 Junior Suites and 6 Ocean Suites grace the exclusive Frangipani Island. All suites look outwards over the crystal Indian Ocean, lulled by the distant sound of the surf on the coral reef circling the island, and affording stunning panoramic views

Three-Nine-Eight

Le Touessrok's main dining room, Three-Nine-Eight is an eclectic multicultural experince featuring nine different cuisines to tempt you. Choose from Mauritian, Indian, Middle Eastern, Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Spanish, Italian and French - with incredible views overlooking Tou d-Eau Douce and Hibiscus Bay from the restaurants central location on the resort's mainland. Set on Three levels with eight open kitchens the Chefs prepare traditional crepes, home breads, croissants, pastries, fresh pastas and brick oven pizza. There is a fresh salad bar, an asian noodle bar with wok dishes sizzling with noodles from Japanese udon to Chinese mee. You will find a traditional rotisserie featuring classic French turning spits as well as the vertival grills used in the Middle East.

Safran

Overlooking Hisbiscus and Trou d’Eau Douce Bay, Safran unfolds around an open kitchen and tandoori ovens fill the air with exotic scents and fresh aromas. The menu is highly sophisticated, a modern interpretation of classical Indian cuisine conceived by London-based Michelin-Star Chef Vineet Bhatia and his colourful creations. A more intimate dining experience, Safran’s open sides are framed by chic wooden shutters, mother-of-pearl bases to its bar and tandoori ovens, cutlery styled like old Indian daggers, beautiful glass and gold leaf plates, glassware that glows in the light and elegant copper cooking hoods over the ovens create a chic, designer-led ambience.

Barlens

The look is thatched and the feel is relaxed. Located on Frangipani Island, Barlen's is designed according to Feng Shui principles, with fiery under-lighting at the bar and a water-filled moat sealed with glass beneath the feet. Host Barlen, with One&Only Le Touessrok since the resort’s earliest days, looks after every need with incomparable charm and efficiency. During the day, guests choose from sushi and sashimi, Western char-grills, Japanese grills, salads and appetizers - perfect beachside dining, which can best be described as "Asian with a twist". Le Tousserok Bars - Sega, Barlen's & Robinson's

Sega Bar The Sega Bar occupies centre stage at the main pool and is the ideal spot throughout the day for refreshing drinks and tropical cocktails. The bar features an exceptional selection of Pure Malt Scotch Whiskies, as well as an impressive range of Single Barrel Bourbons and fine rums from around the world – including One&Only Le Touessrok’s own home-made rums. Here, guests relax to the rhythms of jazzy island music until late at night. Barlen's Bar Throughout the day, this informal bar adjoining Barlen’s restaurant on Frangipani Island serves fresh juices, cool drinks and delicious afternoon teas. Sundowners, perhaps a glass of rosé champagne, are accompanied by Asian-inspired snacks. Tasting the bar’s amazing array of martinis or ‘Zen’ cocktails is the perfect way to start a delightful evening. Robinson's Bar on Ilôt Mangénie The cheerful governor of Ilôt Mangénie, Robinson, prepares a special selection of his home-made rum cocktails. Join him at his bar and indulge in the real spirit of the island.

Diving

At the resort’s PADI and CMAS-certified Diving Centre, professional instructors offer classes from Open Water Diver to Dive Master, and organise diving excursions for guests wishing to explore the exciting underwater life and spectacular coral reefs of the Indian Ocean. Watersports

With its four beaches and two separate islands, the sea is an integral part of life at Le Touessrok. All guests have access to complimentary water sports including sailing, windsurfing, water-skiing, kayaking, glass-bottom boat trips and snorkelling at the Boathouse on nearby Ile aux Cerfs, a tropical water wonderland. Basic instruction from the resort’s fully-trained Sports Team is available on state-of-the-art equipment.

All 18 holes have views of the ocean There are nine lakes in all, with a number of holes requiring tee shots across sea inlets to the fairways. The water and the expansive bunkers of indigenous white sand set off the natural backdrop of trees and vegetation. Overlooking the 9th and 18th greens, the cool and elegant Clubhouse welcomes all golfers and their guests. The restaurant and bar has panoramic views of the course, the ocean and the distant mountains of Mauritius. It also has a professional golf shop and top-class changing rooms, locker rooms and showers. The One&Only Golf Academy offers instruction on every level, from intensive training with video analysis, to fine-tuning game play on the practice range followed by a game with the pro, to a fun day on the greens with the whole family. Facilities include five target greens for practice putting/pitching, a private short game area, computer-aided swing analysis and private classroom.

Givenchy Spa, One & Only Le Touessrok

The Givenchy Spa features eight treatment rooms, a heathed lap pool and seperate sauna for men and women. All beatucuans and masseurs have been hand picked and trained by the Givenchy Paris team assuring guests of the utmost in professional care. Servcies available at the Givenchy Spa include facials, body treatments, massages, hydrotherapy, sauna and herbal wraps.
