Important Information for Divers

We want your holiday experience to be seamless and for you to take full advantage of the limited time you will spend whilst in resort, therefore we will be pleased to pre book any diving packages you may require on your behalf, this will save you time once you arrive at your chosen destination and also ensure that the dive program you want to take part in is available and please note you will not pay any more for this service.

When planning your dives remember that whilst you may dive the day after you arrive, it is a recommendation that you leave a clear day after your last dive, before flying.

However, there are few notes that you should familiarise yourself with and be aware of before considering a reservation for diving.

Once a confirmation has been issued, the pre paid dive package may not be changed once you arrive in resort - no refund can be considered for any unused elements of a dive package for whatever reason.

In some locations certain items of equipment are compulsory; you will be advised once a request is received of any such requirements.

If you hold a diving certificate it is your responsibility and a requirement of any pre booked dive package to present this document together with your log book to the Dive Master in Resort, failure to present either item may result in you not being able to take part in any diving activity - no refund will be made under such circumstances.

If you have not dived before you may consider taking a course locally in the UK so that you have some experience and know what to expect once you arrive in resort. Full details of your nearest available course can be obtained from the Professional Association of Diving Instructors, PADI email: general@padi.co.uk You can easily learn the essential theory and skills required to dive before you arrive in resort when you can further your experience and gain an open water certificate.

Most locations will be pleased to offer a refresher course to those who have not dived for some time and wish to rekindle the adventure.

Safety is the number one priority for all dive schools, if for any reason a dive is delayed or cancelled every effort will be made to reschedule to ensure that no part of any pre booked package is lost. However, in the event that a dive is cancelled for any reason including inclement weather, no refund will be considered for any element not received.
