Throughout the extensive grounds of this five star luxury resort hotel a feeling of calm pervades. Wandering through the tropical gardens water seems to be the dominant element, from the sound of the waterfall cascading over rocks in the freshwater lagoon to the gentle sound of the Ocean relentlessly washing against the sandy shore. The hotel is a great place to wind down, relax and soak up the friendly Mauritian atmosphere. The West coast of the island enjoys some of the most amazing sunsets and one of the delights is to sit on the sands here with a favourite cocktail and watch the sun slip below the horizon.

Dining - La Pomme d'Amour

La Pomme d'Amour is the main restaurant of the Hotel serving a delicious Breakfast, Lunch and sumptuous Dinner buffet style with some exciting and interesting international cuisine. Dine in a relaxed atmosphere with new friends and enjoy a bottle of wine chosen from a wide selection including some interesting new world additions. Occasional Theme evenings add to the experience when interesting dishes from around the world are offered as an alternative to local Creole creations. Gentlemen should note that dress is smart casual in the evening.

Dining - Les Coquillages

Open at lunchtime Les Coquillages serves an array of tempting dishes employing fresh local ingredients the speciality being fruits de mare. The beachside location and totally relaxed atmosphere adds to the bonne home - a great place to meet during the day.

Dining - Melanzane

As the name suggests, Melanzane is a fashionable and refined gourmet restaurant. Located in a quiet corner of the hotel and accessed via a small wooden bridge. Intimate dining in a romantic setting, for those who wish to spoil themselves or celebrate a special occasion. The restaurant is very popular and has a capacity of only forty covers therefore we strongly recommend making a reservation early. Locally caught fish and seafood are the specialities on an extensive gastronomic menu with a number of vegetarian options. Gentlemen should note that dress is smart casual.

Dining - Ginger Thai

As the name suggests this à la carte indoor air conditioned restaurant serves interesting Thai dishes in authentic surroundings. The setting is enhanced by the use of beautiful wood with pieces of art from Thailand suspended from the ceiling. The chef is a Thai national and the restaurant offers traditional Thai cuisine with spicy, toothsome dishes. The restaurant is open in the evenings only and a reservation is essential. Gentlemen should note that dress is smart casual.

Butler Service

The services of a dedicated Butler are included for guests resident in either the Junior Suites or the Deluxe Suites . Guests in staying in the Deluxe Rooms have the opportunity to include the Butler Service as an optional supplement.

Full Board Plus Package

Why not upgrade to the Full Board Plus Package which in addition to Breakfast and Dinner served in the La Pomme d'Amout Restaurant includes 2-course lunch served at Les Coquillages. The Package also includes either two draught beers, two soft drinks or two glasses of house wine served during lunch and dinner. (Soft drink only to children)
