A walking tour of Galle Fort

Turtle Hatchery

A two hour private tour to one of the local Turtle Hatcheries to witness how the turtle eggs, rescued off the beaches and brought to the hatchery by local fishermen, are finally released back into the sea as baby sea turtles after hatching. Bring your camera as you will have an opportunity to photograph the turtles at various stages in their development before they finally leave the hatchery.
