Are overseas airport/resort transfers included?
Unless you are travelling to The Maldives transfers are NOT included in the cost of your travel arrangments, these only include the flight and accommodation. However, you have the option to add transfers to your reservation during the on-line booking process or by calling our Reservations Dept. (0845 230 4520). Simply select a one-way arrival or departure transfer, or select both items for a return transfer. All arrival transfers include a friendly local 'meet & greet' service in the arrivals hall.
We are interested in booking a tour, what do we do?
Our booking engine can only book single centre holidays, however simply call our Reservations Department and speak to one of our specialists. All staff have firsthand knowledge of each destination and have visited all of the hotels personally. We will build an itinerary to suit your exact requirements.
I cannot book the dates I want on the booking engine?
Our system books `real time' availability. If the flight is unavailable then you will need to check alternative departure dates. Even if our allocation at the hotel is full our system will offer availability `On Request'. Only when a hotel is on Stop Sale will our system not allow any further bookings, therefore, if the accommodation is unavailable then you will need to select alternative dates. It should be noted that flights cannot be booked more than 45 weeks before departure. If you wish to make a booking further in advance then contact our Reservations Department who will be able to hold an 'Advance Registration' for you.
Can we pre-book our excursions?
We have a selection of excursions shown on this site that can be booked by calling our reservations department on 0845 230 4520
Can I pre-book my seats on the aircraft?
Economy Class passengers may not pre-book seating unless you are a Frequent Flyer member with the airline. We would recommend that you join the Airline's Frequent Flyer programme and then advise us of your account number and we will then pre-book your seating. The programmes are free to join and may offer additional benefits over non-members.
Business Class passengers can pre-book seats, simply advise us of your choice and we will make your request with the airline.
Can I pre-book a special dietary meal on the aircraft?
Yes, scheduled airlines offer a large choice of dietary meals, either select your chosen meal when making your `on-line' reservation or simply telephone our office and your meal request will be added.
Can I request a particular room number at our chosen hotel?
We notify all hotels of passenger requests. It should be noted that requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability locally.
What is `On Request'?
If our room allocation is full our system will still allow the reservation as `On Request'. Once the booking is accepted our Company will request additional rooms from the hotel. The hotel normally replies within 48 Hours. If the hotel is unavailable then we will refund all monies immediately if no suitable alternative can be found.
When is my balance due?
Your holiday balance is due 10 weeks before your departure from the U.K. In our Terms & Conditions we reserve the right to cancel your holiday if full payment is not received by this date. Full payment is due at the time of booking on all holidays booked within 10 weeks of departure.
Can I pay money towards my balance before the due date?
Yes, you may make part payments towards your holiday cost at any time as long as your balance is fully paid 10 weeks before departure.
Do I need a passport?
All passengers (including infants) require a full passport. You should contact our office if you do not hold a U.K. passport.
Do I need a visa?
All visitors to Sri Lanka require a visa, this can only be obtained from www.eta.gov.lk . From January 1st 2012 the fee will be 50 USD and payment can only be made on-line with a Visa or Mastercard Credit Card or an American Express Charge Card. If granted the visa will be for a maximum period of thirty days and the visit to Sri Lanka must commence within three monthes of the date of issue of the visa, (a ninety day extension can be applied for at the Sri Lankan Embassy). If you do not hold a UK passport you will require a visa, but the charge may differ.
All U.K. passports holders require a visa for travel to India (you should allow at least four weeks for an application to be processed).
There are currently no visa requirments for passengers holding United Kingdom passports and travelling to The Maldives, Mauritius or Thailand, other nationals should check with their relevant authorities.
Are UK credit cards accepted?
All major credit cards are accepted in all of our hotels and in most restaurants. Banks and ATM's will generally accept your credit or debit cards.
Can I use traveller's cheques?

When will my travel documents arrive?
Your travel documents will be despatched approximately 14 days before your departure date.
