Situated on the private island of Ile aux Chats within the resort facing the white sand beach, Bambou offers relaxed poolside dining concentrating on Asian and Mauritian cuisine. The restaurant also has a teppanyaki gril and a sushi bar. The Big Easy overlooks the eighteenth green at the Clubhouse and is the prefect spot to relax after a great round of golf. Enjoy a hearty a la carte breakfast or sumptuous lunch and relax in comfortable surroundings whilst discussing what might have been. The Restaurant is named after the mountain that dominates the skyline and provides a dramatic back-drop to the structure with its contemporary architecture and traditional thatched roof.
