Diving at Sun Island Resort

The Sun Island Diving School is located on a small island connected by a jetty to the main resort. The Diving School has two dry rooms, two classrooms (one air-conditioned), two equipment rooms, a workshop, a compressor room with three Bauer K14 Vertical III compressors, eight changing rooms with lockers.

The Diving Center is fully equipped and keeps one hundred full dive gear available. In addition the centre also has one hundred and fifty tanks, over two hundred ABC's (mask/snorkel/fins), eighty dive computers and also five MX10 underwater cameras for hire.

Several dive courses are available at Sun Island Resort and include:

PADI (Open Water Diver, Advanced Open Water, Rescue Diver, Dive master, Assistant Instructor and other specialty courses).

Medic First Aid.

At Sun Island boat dives are made three times a day, night dives twice per week and day trips will be scheduled twice per week.
