Our Ayurveda massages are inspired from this ancient science of life and we have selected three different massages for you to invigorate your body, calm your mind, and to nourish your soul. Vata (For calmness)
Contains: Pure Essential Oils of Sweet Basil, Bergamot, Orange, Lavender, Marjoram, Frankincense and Patchouli in Apricot Kernel, Jojoba, Sweet almond, Wheat germ & Vitamin E Carrier Oils.

Pitta (For Cooling & Relaxing)
Contains: Pure Essential Oils of Bergamot, Coriander, Lime, Spearmint, Lavender, Clary Sage, Rose and Ylang Ylang in Apricot Kernel, Jojoba, Sweet almond, Wheatgerm & Vitamin E Carrier Oils.

Kapha (For Energizing & Stimulating)
Contains: Pure Essential Oils of Lemongrass, Cinnamon, Lemon, Juniper, Rosemary, Clove Bud and Orange in Apricot Kernel, Jojoba, Sweet almond, Wheat germ & Vitamin E Carrier Oils.

Shiro Dara (30 minutes)
This special Ayurvedic treatment clears the mind and deeply relaxes your mind and body easing you to a level of total relaxation and calm. The therapy begins with a deeply relaxing ayurvedic stretching followed by the shiro dhara therapy. For twenty minutes, a gentle flow of herbal oil will be poured onto the third eye area on your forehead. A specialty from Asia handed down by its ancestors.
